Refund policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from us.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Due to the nature of food supplements, we are unable to accept returns of opened products.

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and checked.
